You will:

• Help teams be successful and teaching others, that may have been developed from a business, learning, or project management role
• Identify, coach, and mentor staff
• Be a connector across the organisation who can bring people together to solve customer problems
• Build high performing teams in an integrated coaching environment with a focus of continuously improving the development process
• Thrive on collaborating with others to remove roadblocks so squad members can achieve their goals
• Go through an ongoing learning about software delivery methodology and practices
• Be able to constructively challenge people across the organisation in order to drive change

You should have:

• 3-5 years experience as a business analyst with hands-on experience on projects
• Coached and paired with Product Owners in their role and tasks (e.g. writing user stories, backlog prioritisation)
• Supported the setup and ongoing implementation of practices and tools for Squads (stand ups, retrospectives, etc), embed practices, culture and behaviours
• Assisted the team to close gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Paired with Product Owners, to build regular dialogue with their customers
• Conducted pointed training to squads or squad members
